We understand your operational priorities, then undertake a meticulous site visit, creating a risk assessment for the route between the old location and the new. We can access many restricted areas, such as first-floor windows, and we can even provide support for decommissioning and decontamination of your equipment.

Delicate item transportation

Each item is assessed individually, and we will identify and mitigate any potential risks to your equipment during our site visit and throughout the lab relocation planning process. We can also provide temporary storage for equipment, in the event the new location is not yet ready, whilst ensuring the right protection and handling is provided while it waits to be moved. We can provide calibration and validation services from trusted partners for your equipment, so when we close the project, your lab is back up to speed. Our calibration services include traceability, frequency and documentation to a recognised national or international standard.

Yes, your equipment will require decommissioning and decontamination before our team can move it to its new location. This is a service our specialists can assist you with, including organising decommissioning and project managing the recommissioning once the specialist equipment is in place.
Can you organise a move for our entire lab and the office team, including all the furniture?
Our moving specialists will relocate everything you need to move from one lab to another. This includes office furniture, IT equipment, and all lab equipment, and we can even safely and securely transport your research samples.
Can your team provide project management when moving labs?
