We were recently contacted by one of our customers in Scotland who required a large number of fridges and freezers containing samples and research material, to be relocated from Edinburgh to Oxford under power.
Benchmark provided two of our generator vehicles so were able to collect all units in one day and transport them under power to their secure storage facility overnight. The following day the fridges and freezers were loaded back onto the generator vehicles and successfully relocated to point of use at our customer’s site in Oxford.
Even though there were vehicle and access restrictions at the point of collection, Benchmark was able to offer a solution to the customer that they were happy with to ensure the whole relocation went smoothly and without issue.
As a result of our strict process of checks, which involved our customer throughout, we were able to deliver exactly what they required.
A huge thanks to the Benchmark crews who gave the customer the time and reassurance they needed to carry out the job seamlessly and leave them with a successful relocation and little disruption to their research plans.
