We are the experts in specialist logistics

Our personnel are all fully trained, experienced individuals who can provide informed advice and support throughout every stage of your delivery or relocation and are here to answer any questions you may have.

Our vehicles are all selected and specified with regard to the very exacting requirements of the services we provide e.g. Air-rideTM suspension to give the smoothest ride for the most delicate of items, heavy load hydraulic tail-lifts and extra height/width on the loading aperture. We provide a wide range of specialist equipment for the safe handling of items that may need transporting across uneven surfaces, up/ down stairs or through confined spaces etc.

Safety comes first

In any movement of items, our first consideration is always given to Health and Safety: not only to our staff but also in respect of our customers, their premises and, of course the items and materials being moved.

The guidelines laid down by the Health and Safety Executive are integral to everything Benchmark does. We use a wide variety of specialist equipment to lift, transport and position individual items

Our operatives are trained and tested under the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) and carry the relevant I.D. cards.

Customer Service

Our customers are of paramount importance to us and the quality of service provided is of the highest priority.

Our experienced Customer Service personnel, based in our head office, provide a friendly and informative contact point for all enquiries. Acting as a liaison between our customers and field operatives, the Customer Services team are able to oversee every aspect of the job in hand and advise on progress, address any concerns and answer any questions.

We appreciate that moving your items can be a stressful time and our team are here to help in every way they can. By being office-based the team are able to provide a quick response and offer reassuring continuity.

In providing this service, our team have built many long term working relationships with our customers who have come back again and again.

Driver / Installers

  • Are they fully trained?
    All of our employees and Driver / Installers are fully trained in all aspects of their role.
  • What are they trained in?
    They are fully trained, experienced and certified in the use of fork-lift trucks, lifting tables, pallet trucks, scoots, stair-walkers, skates, sack barrows and safe manual handling.
  • What experience to they have?
    The Drivers / installers have vast amounts of experience as we are delivering, positioning, relocating items daily and have had relevant training from the original equipment manufacturers.
